We’ve teamed up with internationally known yoga instructors to connect their magic yoga style with our inspiring life by the Atlantic Ocean! They will challenge you in 60 minutes Vinyasa Rise & Shine sessions in the mornings and sooth your body in restorative 60 minutes Yin Relax & Recover practices before sunset, ending the day with a 30 minutes mindful meditation.

Laura from Portugal, lives and breathes Yoga. For over 10 years she practiced an engaged yogi lifestyle. Her teaching styles are Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Being your guide, she will share her experiences with you and help to translate the studies of yoga for your own daily life. Take a ride to your inner self, learn new breathing techniques, deepen your yoga philosophy, dive into meditation and relaxation. Become physically, mentally and spiritually fit.
